Find the 11-digit air waybill number on the AWB or the booking confirmation. On a consolidated shipment, ask the forwarder for the master AWB: the airline doesn't know the forwarder's house AWB number.
Check the first three digits. Singapore Airlines Cargo numbers start with 618; any other prefix belongs to another airline's tracker.
Enter the number on Singapore Airlines Cargo's tracker. One field takes up to ten AWB numbers in 618-XXXXXXXX form, separated by commas. No login is needed.
Singapore Airlines Cargo runs through Changi, carrying cargo on its own freighters and in the holds of Singapore Airlines and Scoot passenger flights, so Asia–US cargo usually connects in Singapore.
Booked with Airlift?
Airlift doesn't run its own airline tracking, and the Airlift container tracker covers ocean shipments only. If Airlift booked your shipment on Singapore Airlines Cargo, your Airlift contact has the flight milestones and can tell you where it is.
